Dulquer Salmaan’s next Tamil movie is titled as Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal

According to latest reports from Kollywood, Dulquer Salman’s next Tamil movie is titled as Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal. The movie directed by Desingh Periyasamy will go on floors from this Saturday, November 18th in Chennai. The title of the movie is the open lyrics of the hit song from Mani Ratnam’s Thiruda Thiruda. According to a source, The film has been titled Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal and the shooting had commenced yesterday in the locales of Delhi. Dulquer will join the sets of Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal on November 18 after attending an award ceremony in Doha. The movie will have Ritu Varma as Dulquer’s heroine. She is famous for her Telugu movies like Badshah, Prema Ishq, Na Rakumaridu, Yevde, Subhramanyam, Pelli Choppulu, Kesava etc.. And she also made her Tamil debut with Dhanush’s Velayilla Pattadhari 2. She is also now the heroine of Goutham Menon’s Vikram starer Dhruvanakshathram. Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal is produced by FTS Films. The cinematography of the movie is by KM Bhaskaran.
Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal is the fourth Tamil film of Dulquer Salmaan after Balaji Mohan’s Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, Mani Ratnam’s O Kadhal Kanmani and Bejoy Nambiar’s Solo. Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal is said to be a romantic thriller and also a road thriller movie. In the movie, Dulquer will be essaying the role of an IT professional. Besides ‘Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal’, he also has ‘Mahanati’ which is upcoming trilingual Indian epic biographical drama film written and directed by Nag Ashwin, based on the life of South Indian actress Savitri. And in the movie, Dulquer will be essaying the role of Gemini Ganeshan. Keerthy Suresh is doing the title role of the movie as actress Savitri. Actress Samantha Akkineni is also playing an important role in the movie. In Malayalam Oru Bhayankara Kamukan and a film based on the life of Sukumarakurup. Dulquer is also making his Bollywood debut with the movie Karwaan.
