Mammootty’s Masterpiece movie stunts were choreographed by six stunt masters

Masterpiece is an upcoming movie of Megastar Mammootty, which will hit theatres during this Christmas season. Masterpiece directed by Ajai Vasudev is a mass entertainer movie. The recently released trailer has triggered the expectations for this stylish action entertainer very high. 

Viewers are bowled over by the glimpses of charming Mammootty who is seen showing the real mass in his looks, walk, dialogues and action. Meanwhile, Ajay Vasudev, the director of the movie revealed that the movie has action choreographed by 6 stunt masters in order to avoid repetition of patterns in stunt scenes. 

Stunt Silva, Stunt Siva, Kanal Kannan, Siruthei Ganesh, Mafia Sasi and Jolly Bastin are the stunt masters of ‘Masterpiece’. Masterpiece is expected to set some records at the box office. And the latest we hear a massive release is being planned by the makers.
As per the reports, 245 screens are already charted for ‘Masterpiece’ in Kerala alone. More screens will be added in the following days while the fans show count is said to touch 150. Presently, Mohanlal starrer ‘Villain’ which released on 273 screens holds the record for biggest ever release at the Kerala box office. Rumour has that ‘Masterpiece’ is likely to re-write this record in its name. 

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Maqbool Salmaan, Santhosh Pandit and Mahima Nambiar are playing pivotal roles in the movie.According to sources, the film has Mammootty playing a college professor named Edward Livingstone. He returns to the college where he had studied as a ruthless professor. It may be mentioned here that director Ajai Vasudevan and Mammootty are teaming up for the second time after Rajadhi Raja.  

Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar is also getting to share screen space with the megastar for the second time, after Kasaba last year. The technical crew of Masterpiece comprises Deepak Dev as the music composer and Vinod Ilampally as the cinematographer.The film has been produced by CH Muhammed under the banner Royal Cinemas. Masterpiece’ screenplay is by Udaykrishna and it also has Unni Mukundan in the role of a cop.
