Sourav Ganguly posts a humorous apology on Twitter after he confused Harbhajan Singh’s daughter as a boy

Recently Indian Cricketer Harbhajan Singh shared one of his family picture on his Twitter account. And the picture contained Harbhajan, his wife, and daughter taking blessings at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Sourav Ganguly, Former India captain made an innocent error while commenting on the picture. Ganguly who has a verified profile on Twitter is certainly not a regular user of the application which is famous among several of his other teammates such as Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Aakash Chopra and even Virender Sehwag. After Harbhajan’s tweet, Ganguly noticed the photograph sometime later and made a touching comment but with an error. “..beta bahut sundar hai bhajj..bahut pyar dena (Your son looks beautiful, Bhajji. Give lots of love to him)”. However, he soon realized that he made a little error in his tweet. And he tried to rectify it by jokingly telling Harbhajan that he is ‘getting old’. His tweet reads,“Maf karna beti bahut sundoor hai..getting old bhajj .. (I’m really sorry, your daughter is beautiful… Getting old Bhajji.)” 
Harbhajan saw Ganguly’s tweets and sent him a lovely reply too. “Dada thank you for your blessings..love to Sana.. hope to see u soon,” he wrote. Through this fun conversation, Sourav Ganguly and Harbhajan Singh’s bond came into the limelight. The two players, who have shared a long association on the field, when the former was the captain of the Indian cricket team, and even off it, reminded cricket buffs of the good old times with this exchange. Harbhajan enjoyed a successful run under Ganguly’s captaincy across formats, with the two of them being a part of a remarkable change that came about in the Indian cricket team in the early 2000s. Currently, Ganguly is appointed as the President of the Cricket Association of Bengal and President of the Editorial Board with Wisden India.
