Unni Mukundan appears as Ravana in 'Clint'!!

Unni Mukundan's upcoming movie Clint, in which he plays the role of Clint's father, appears as Ravana in a scene. And the movie directed by Harikumar will have more surprises. When asked about the appearance as Ravana, Unni Mukundan says that,"I play Joseph, young Clint's father. Though he is of Christian faith, he reads widely and thinks broadly. So he often narrates the Puranas, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata to his son. Clint's favourite god is thus Ganapathi." And,One day, Joseph tells Clint the story of Ravana, and in order to give him a clear picture, Joseph also puts on a costume of Ravana."Clint draws a sketch of the Ravana in his imagination and it turns out to be one of his masterpieces. In terms of the ratio and proportions, it is considered a perfect sketch," says Unni Mukundan.
"The picture has been widely appreciated among critics. The scene where Unni enacts Ravana is about recapturing a particular moment in the family's life. It is a dramatic scene, and we have visualised that moment by dressing up Unni Mukundan's character as Ravana. The scene is connected to a soliloquy from the part of the father, where he mourns the death of his son," says Harikumar.
And also the director says that,"Clint drew 30,000 pictures in the seven years he lived, which is a wonder in itself. So his drawings form an important part of the film."
